Speaker Bio:

Dr. Rodrigo Neiva is a renowned expert in periodontics and implant dentistry. He has authored and co-authored over 100 scientific papers and book chapters in his field. Dr. Neiva earned a Certificate and a Master’s Degree in Periodontics from the University of Michigan in 2003. His academic career includes appointments as Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan and the University of Florida.

In 2017, Dr. Neiva was awarded full Clinical Professorship and served as Chairman of Periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine until 2024. He is a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the American College of Dentists, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Neiva is a former Director of the American Board of Periodontology and currently serves as a Board Examiner and Adjunct Clinical Professor at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry.
